The portal also includes Tier 2 spend reporting capabilities for reporting supplier spend with diverse suppliers. Tier 2 Program
The Dow Supplier Diversity Program engages its key suppliers to provide the most opportunities to diverse businesses. Dow encourages its suppliers to subcontract or work with diverse suppliers and report their Tier 2 spending through the Unitier platform.
Begin Your Registration
Diverse Suppliers from all regions interested in doing Business with Dow are encouraged to register in Dow's Supplier.io Diverse Supplier Registration portal. Please follow the steps below to self-register or validate that your self-registration is complete:
If you are a diverse supplier interested in doing business with Dow and have not self-registered:
- Access the registration portal using the "Login" button below.
- Create a profile using the registration steps within the portal.
- Ensure all sections and registration tabs are complete including the "additional Dow questions" tab.
If you are a diverse supplier interested in doing business with Dow and have already self-registered:
- Search for your company name using the search menu below.
- Login to your profile using the "Login" button below.
- Ensure all sections and registration tabs are complete including the "additional Dow questions" tab.
NOTE: Registering your Business with Supplier.IO does not obligate Dow or your company to proceed with any transaction or Business relationship, not does it confer any preferred supplier status or approval to work with Dow.

Welcome to Dow Tier 2 Spend reporting tool! By embracing the Tier 2 program, Dow affirms its commitment to promoting an innovative and sustainable procurement process. When our suppliers share our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, our company and the communities we serve are strengthened. Specifically, selected prime suppliers are required to provide quarterly reports detailing their spending with businesses owned by minorities, women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with disabilities, and veterans.
What do I need to do?
Every quarter you will receive a reminder to submit your data to Dow. Please
submit your information within 45 days at the end of every quarter.
What information do I need to report?
You are required to report your diverse spend over the prior quarter. This may be reported in different ways, depending on the type of goods or services you provide to Dow.
